Cologne-based producer Felix Dreiser draws lines between various notions of organic and synthetic sounds, challenging the junction between electronic music, sound design and acoustic instrumentations.

With a rather late introduction to music and learning the guitar in his teenage years, Felix proceeded to study Jazz Guitar at Folkwang University, which (oddly enough) sparked his desire to create and explore his sound within the realms of electronic music. His early works feature minimalist structures combined with intricate soundscapes that evoke both tranquility and active introspection.

With the release of his debut EP ‘Cover Your Tracks’, Felix showcases a significant shift in his artistic approach, characterized by a more driven and ambitious sound.

The tracks on COVER YOUR TRACKS incorporate dynamic rhythms and a broader range of sonic elements, reflecting Felix’s continued exploration of the intersection between traditional instrumentation and a wide range of electronic sounds. This EP marks a departure from his previous releases, offering listeners a more energetic and expressive auditory experience.
